Did these when I was doing 3x5 and 5x5 routines. Very good exercise though I felt a bit of pressure on the hips while doing them. Don't forget to fully deload.

All that I say is hypothetically speaking and I do not condone the use of illegal substances. You should also eat your vegetables and use high SPF sunscreen

I do, my older one (3 years, going 4) takes omega-3 and a multi vit/min since she was 2. The multi vit/min was started even earlier.

Don't know if it is solely due to the o-3/supplements and diet but she really stands from the other kids that are the same age. She is brighter, bigger and not fat :) , likes to "hang out" with the 5 years old kids instead of the ones with the same age.

o-3 are also very good to kids with ADD. If you can get cod liver oil without the vitamins that's even a better option.

Same with me, the results from studies were what pushed me in that direction and as a father you should really explore all the options to "improve" them or give them an advantage. 50% of your potential is developed until the age of 4, 30% to the age of 8. Makes you think eh?
