Heh, well you can't argue the truth :)

The bright lighting makes it look worse. In daylight I can still get away with looking reasonably normal.

Anyway, nothing a few grand can't fix later on ;)

I've kept pretty much all my Epistane gains.

Looking forward to starting the cycle again next week. I may have purchased something naughty today to go with it...

Thanks mate.

As you know, I've been working hard to bring them up. The elbow is so easily forgotton, but if you get them right, they're a contest winner.

As soom as I hit the "extended elbow" pose, it's like <boom> show over, hand me the winner's medal!

A little small at Brooklands but a bit more eye candy.

Woking is larger and really quiet with better equipment.

I think Raynes Park will be awesome.
