Chris Aceto Diet Trial Run (super low fat)
Going to give a few weeks of a super low fat, high-ish in carbs diet inspired by looking at how Chris Aceto does things with great success.

Reason for this is it occured to me ive never ever dieted on anything other than lower carbs or primarily lowering carbs and making fats be one of the latter thngs to be very hard reduced. Im curious to find how ill react to making fats bugger all and keeping carbs much higher

Also tempted to do 20 min HIIT like cardio 1st thing empty belly as opposed to steady state for longer.

Something really simple like

1
5 egg whites
scoop whey
60g oats
150ml rice milk

2
200g chicken/turkey
low fat wholmeal bagel
extra low fat cheese spread (hink you get philidelphia thats nice with almost bugger all fat or sugar in it)

3.
200g chicken/turkey
300g potato
green veg

4
250g white fish
50g rice
green peas

5
whey
100g simple carbs (PWO)

Non traiing nights im not sure what my appetite will be like then but prob a portion of turkey and green veg here as ill do a short session of HIIT rest nights. Maybe some turkey, bit of peas & quinoa. Will see what appetite says

6
200g extra lean beef mince
chopped tomatoes
100g kidney beans

************

Started this morning. No cardio as i had a friend staying over (hiding out from a crazy lady lol:) but will prbably get a session of HIIT in later after i go shopping with Bridezilla.

Im sad and im lookingforward to this lol

Wil still be using my BSD fish oils a few times per day

Bit more of an athlete's approach I'd say. It could work but you'd need either more volume or more cardio to keep the bad weight at bay. Worked for me in the old days.

Feeling alot fresher just now and full of energy. bloat has instantly went from my gut from over eating and being a nob. Much mroe active and less sluggish now.

Been looking at the guys that Chris Aceto works with and there seems to be quite a few of the top pro's and the likes of Hogson int he uk and a few other guys seem to follow a simmilar take on things for diet/prep

Seems low fat high carb diets have fallen from favous and fashion recently but when you look at it there certainly doesnt seem to be any lack of it at the top end of the game

This sort of diet seems to be the way forward for lean bulking, inefficiency of de novo lipogenesis and all that lark. Would only work in someone already lean, health and tolerant of carbs though, which you are I'd imagine. There seems to be a shift away from high fat towards lower fat higher carbs in the whole paleotard crowd as well which I did not see coming.
