Shakers

What decent shakers are available now?

Mine are around 5 years old and really need replacing.

They look pretty useful despite the high premium. Used them yourself?

I use the MP ones with the metal mixer ball . They are cheap and a quality item .

Wouldn't spend 7.99 on a shaker !

Pain old shakers are fine imo as all the decent whey we use on this enlightened forum is good stuff and mixes in a few shaked anyway. Issue is that the label seems to come off all shakers so i recon it would be best for BDS to sell just plain shakers without bothering with getting them printed as they all smudge within a month anyways

Hat Met-Rx ones and they leak when you shake them so stay away.

Alex

Not used em although they look good , 7.99 a bit pricey for a shaker . I tend to keep an eye out for freebies and I am making alot more of my shakes in a blender now so just fill them up and take them to work , hence no need to actually mix it in the shaker .

Regards

Ideally you'd want to add a ball to mix up powders properly?

Fuck that, get some quality powder and it'll mix with a good shaking. Either that or you need to get a shakeweight to strengthen the shaker-muscles. :D
