I'm getting a nutritional plan done by Scott. How do you guys rate his plans? Scott must have sorted some of you guys out?

very good imo, i've had to adjust things slightly as I havent had much cash for a while but even through keeping to some fo the very basics, i've lost a lot of bodyfat whilst getting stronger.

Nice one, if it works out well I'll recommend to my gym parter as he just can't shift the body fat. He wants me to order him some clen but no drugs going to work without a good diet.

I got a PM from a member on here asking about Scotts service but it won't let me PM him back. I've tried twice with 2 different messages and it says "error the file is too big". Sorry mate I'm not being rude it just won't let me PM you back. I'd answer on here but then what's the point in PMing?

I'f your nattural then he's bang on the money imo.

If you juice you can eat alot more protein and more carbs as you will be more effective at glycoen retention and protein synthesis. You should get as much of a vareid source of efa's on either tho.

Scotts a good and very knowledgeable guy he knows his stuff for sure. I'f I was closer to belfast I would certainly hire him to train me.

Thanks chaps.

@Oggy: Ash and Pingu are the only two so far from ESN to have had a nutritional plan from me.

Ash seems to be getting on really well. Pingu dropped from 21% BF to 16% in just 8 weeks on the plan, whilst gaining lean mass and increasing strength.

You know, even though I tend to disagree with the whole alkaline approach. I think i may give this a try considering the results. Whats the best way to have a word about it scott? Just shoot you a PM?

Yay my diet plan is done! Can't download the file on my I phone so will have to wait till tonight. Might go to an Internet cafe and get it printed out. Should be ok to print the file off or best just download it onto my laptop?

Will keep a log with before and after pics. 12 week cut should have a solid six pack by then.
