I've got a small issue at my little gym (which does me proud really). The issue is that of the DBs. I'm pretty much getting up to the 40kg DBs now which are our max weight. Admittedly this is typically for Incline/Decline/flat DBs, one handed rows, pull overs...
It's not a big issue as my reps are still relatively low on some of the exercises 4-6 reps. I'm getting stronger and hence there will be get a time where 10-12 reps will be achieveable without too much stress (I hope!!!
So I'm wondering whether you have any tips other than badgering my gym to buy some new DBs - I guess just doing maintenance and keeping the exercise going would be worthwhile?
