I'm only 1 week into the course and so far I've put my hand through a glass table requiring 4 stitches (which sucks ass because I've not been able to train my right arm), been locked up in the cells for 1 night because I thought I lost my phone at the hospital which I actually put through the glass table, I've been in a rage while driving (not safe at all) fell out with my girlfriend this morning because she was shouting at me when I just woke up and she got whacked in the leg
Thing is, I don't seem to have this rage in the gym its just coming out in my daily activities. I only have 1 week left of the dbol but I'm not sure if its worth all this.
I've been dosing 10mg 3 times a day, I'm wondering if I'd be better to just take all 30mg in one dose maybe pre workout and before bed on non workout days, or lower the dose and up the var? I'm quite a hot headed person anyway, but never been locked up or put my hand through glass in about 4 years!
I'm waiting on health to fix me up with a good anti stress diet.
