id be inclined to go 10IU PWO x 3 a week GKs method.....you get to see some sick size gains on that....

Det - I don't think I'll ever be totally out of shape now I'll allways be training no matter what,if the unexpected occours then of corse you just adapt and continue. Health has to be over hapyness as odd as that sounds..

Alex - My bp has never ever been lower than 75 give or take 5 I wouldn't mind it a little lower. I think I'll measure it over the next few weeks and try to drop it a little bit :)

KP - 10iu bilatterally 3* per week would be good. I'll experiment 3months of each different ways,see what works best for me.
Pb's: Bench:140*10 - DL 260*2 - Squat to // 232.5*3
