Overall shape isn't too bad and fairly well balanced. Maybe Chest is lagging a little.

I'd say you just need to get lots of good whole foods down you too start adding on some mass.

You look like an ectomorph. So lots of carbs and protein for you!

I dont think your chest looks too shabby at all. maybe a little less triceps than ideal as your biceps are a good size

yeh i agree, i never really 'trained' triceps well tbh
too many cables and 'shaping' exercises
do alot more mass builders now, but with a lower volume, hopefully they'll start growing

make sure you have dips in there (on chest or tricep day) and some close grip bench press.

Some bench dips are a good one aswell.

i REALLY like heavy pushdowns for tricep mass aswell

yeh i do plenty of dips now
never really did that much, but i feel they are effective
close grip bp is something iv tended to stay away from, not for any particular reason, might introduce that as well

If you're anything like me then Triceps will come as you gain mass over all.

CGBP is a great mass builder for triceps mate. Quite honestly those and dips are all you need.

The guys are giving you great advice there. As for my take, you have got a great base to work with there. I can see with hard work in the gym and nailing your diet you will do great!

You're continuing to lean up, but are looking denser and harder too. I will post something more intelligent later! :D

thanks for all the feedback, its going well. Personally i dont think i actually look 80+kg though, i can see the difference from the beginning, but not as much as i have actually gained.

And as for the fangs, there my best feature!
