I think that it's down to mindset. Personally I don't think I could stand heavy dieting, but as most here know, I have no problems doing tons of cardio/intensive training/active living in general.

i think thats the way i am tbh
i dont mind doing the cardio at all, but i was unsure as to whether the high amount of carbs would mean at the minute im as lean as i will be until i actually diet.

If you go for a run first thing at the weekend, it takes no time out of the day and sets you up nicely, plus you'll be super fit which is a bonus
