I really want to give powerlifting a shot for a while mate. I know it might not be the best thing but my back does seem to have got much better. It's absolutely fine today where as previously after deadlifting it would be really sore if I bent over. I'm going to play it safe, make sure I keep stretching and working on my core.
I just need to compete in something. I always used to play football or compete in some way or another, and I miss it. I don't really want to step on a bodybuilding stage, I don't think the whole shaving my legs and tanning up to have other men stare at me is really what i'm after.
