Mainly directed at Scott,

Do you use them much for Pull Ups?

when I remember to bring them in lol

I'd say use them as a variation. Bars work is great as you can have supinated & pronated & natural grips at different widths. Rings often tend to be the same; not that that is a problem tho, just perhaps lacks varying stimulation.

I like rings for dips & chest work. So hard and a great stretch in certain positions.

I quite like the wrist flexability aspect of them as currently I get a sharp pain in my elbow on any form of fixed pull up after a couple of reps which is annoying.

Also the difficulty factor appeals.

Always on the outside. It's left over from Skull Crushers not agreeing with my elbows. I think it's possibly in the family as my Dad suffers with his elbows too.

Comes and goes for years regardless of supplementation.

I used to do skulls but not anymore, it felt like an elbow injury waiting to happen and i'm sure it would only be a matter of time if I did perform them.

It feels like my elbow is just going to basically sheer or snap

Yeah, I've not done them in years. I think I last did them 3 years ago in a hotel gym which lacked equipment and 1 set wiped me out from training Ticeps for 5 weeks.

It's odd that I can do French Press with no issue which is a similar issue but something like a straight bar pushdown I cannot. This leads me to believe it's a link between the position of my forearms in relation to the weight and my body.

I never do skull crushers any more. I prefer flat & decline lying DB extensions. Far better on the elbows. And overall a better exercise anyway.

I have the same issue Alex... French press no problem, but even using an easy bar it just feels wrong somehow and seems to put a lot of pressure on the elbows and just doesn't feel very natural.
