I take every morning as v stressful time with lots going on and it helps mate. worth the money

I actually buy the capped form from MP as I can't be arsed with measuring scoops etc...
It really helps me - I take 2 caps per day, 1x in morning on empty stomach, then about 4hrs later. Works well for me.

I usually only take it on work days so holidays and weekends off unless under home stresses
