For those who do not know me from MP, here s a little resume
Anyway I did not train for several years but started back in late 2005. I had a journal at MP http://forum.**/showthread.php?t=928 .
Then after a rocky three year relationship and an eventual split last year I ended up 10 years later back on happy pills & stopped training again! I started to smoke after 4 years off the dreaded weed.
Well now is a new year & I'm off the fags completely. Still on happy pills for now but raring to get back in the gym. (Well actually I'm dreading those first few aching weeks lol! ).
So hopefully all will be cleared up by next week and I'll be updating this little old journal. I intend to start back with just a 3 x week full body workout until I joints, tendons etc are up to speed and one I feel ready I'll be switching to a p/p/l routine. I had some good results with this when I started back. So it will be interesting to see how things go.
So for now guys & gals thats it. I'm not going to bother keeping anything strict here whilst I'm just on the get back & adjustment phase but I will once I start in ernest.
