having had a quick look at the panacea that is a multi vit ( i cannot be arsed chasing rainbows, fannying about taking things separately-spending a fortune, with no quantifiable benefits)
i opted for an all in one-
so chose reflex, the biovea was a close option, but in the end i opted for the marketeer's write up
mainly on basis of reputable supplier and all the tests they purportedly carry out.
