Seems pretty lame to walk around in for 24 hours after a session. Especially for someone like you who trains 5-6 times a week... :D

Wow, they've got a big selection of Canterbury branded stuff. Nice to see my old uni's rugby team is so popular with them.

Heh, I have a couple of normal compression tee's that I'll wear in colder weather under rugby tops but this is the first one I've seen designed specifically to aid recovery. Not that practical as Rilla says unless you would be a full time athlete and then you'd have access to facilities that would better aid muscle recovery.

The Skinz compression tops & leggings have gained a bit of press amongst mountain bikers in the last year or so and you'll see a few people wearing them after races; I probably would if I were given a set but forget spending the best part of £300 on them, no chance.
