Talking of chalk, didn't you try out some liquid chalk a while back.

I agree with Tall, I've never seen anyone deadlift heavy & do slow controlled negatives - just bang it down.

& if its a conventional deadlift the weight should go dead on the floor between each rep - its a DEADlift.

Jeez - still having my ass kicke over this!!!

no problem, deads was tuesday - every rep from the floor reset the ass - much easier :lol: added 10k...

lol - I'm only noob lifting at the moment myself so I shouldn't worry in my account... Injuries suck dude but most can be worked around :D
