Finally back to normal... been quite a year... in summary
January - Split with wife
March - Got involved with ex girlfriend who turned out to be mental
May - Split up with said lunatic
August - Met new awesome girlfriend
September - Nan that ive looked after for 12 years died
Octover - Moved in with new girlfriend
November - Rejoin awesome gym that i used to be member of
So bit of a roller coaster year but kinda kept training throughout, no progress and put on some fat (as you can see from the pic) but still relatively strong.
Bench has lost some, pushing 120kg for 5s and 150 for a single at the mo
Deadlift is suprisingly good - regular pulls at 280kg, but im putting this down to lifting off a good platform now.
Squat - not strong, managing 200-220kg for a single but its not pretty, but im back in a decent squat rack so hoping it picks up again.
Im hovering around 115kg or so, which im pleased with in a way as ive not eaten well at all for a good 10 months.
Lifes pretty awesome now, got an amazing lady, incredible place to live (to say ive fallen on my feet is the understatement of the century) and im back training at my fav. gym.
Now im back on here as.. but you cant have everything i spose
