Made a mistake as i thought i was trying 190 when it was 220 opps. But still got 190 up which is a new PB for deadlifts. Aslo today was all about not using any straps which i didnt! Really happy with that and hope my grip get stronger. Suprised i was able to do 190kg with no strap though
