Tuesday - Back day

Deadlifts - bar x20, 60kgx10x2, 100kgx, 140kgx6, 180kgx3, 220x0, 190x1PB

DB rows -50kgx10, 60kgx8, 70kgx6x2

Reverse grip cable rows - 70kgx10, 80kgx10, 90kgx10, 100kgx10x2

Lat pull down - 70kgx102, 85kgx10x2, 100x10

Close grip pull down - 80kgx10, 90kgx8, 100x10

Assistted chin ups

Comments

Made a mistake as i thought i was trying 190 when it was 220 opps. But still got 190 up which is a new PB for deadlifts. Aslo today was all about not using any straps which i didnt! Really happy with that and hope my grip get stronger. Suprised i was able to do 190kg with no strap though :D

Nice deads. I'm a no strap and a no belt fan myself :)

What's with the low volume on the rest though?! :?: :P

Apart from the last two exercises i did 4 set and the other 2 i did 3 sets. So its not that bad will :P

Wensday Arm days

Close grip BB bench - barx10, 40kgx10, 60kgx10, 80kgx6, 100kgx6, 110x1PB, 115x1PB, 105kgx5

Reverse grip BB bench - 60kgx8, 70kgx8, 80kgx6

Tri push downs - 40kgx10, 45kgx10, 50kgx8, 55kgx6

Reverse grip push downs each arm - 50lbx8, 60lbx8, 70lbx8PB

DB bicep curl - 15kgx10, 20kgx10, 22.5kgx10, 25kgx10

Bicep curl machine - unknown weight x3

Comments

Had to work quite quick as i said i would leave with my m8, but got some new PB's, so im very happy. Only a matter of time before im close gripping 120!
