Anybody else get really hot after they eat? I think eating carbs specifically...
I've noticed it recently since controlling my diet a lot more (down to 14st 9lbs! Still as strong, if not stronger, benched 150kg the other day and deadlifted 230kg for 3 reps!), that when I treat myself to a meal out and about, I start burning up afterwards, almost sweating. I think it must be related to the carbs and something to do with insulin response? Since I'm generally eating a select amount of carbs daily (from fruits, and veg, that's basically it!) I guess my body kinda goes - OMFG!!! SUGAR!!!!!!
