it does not usually affect me- i can eat all day long on eph ordinarily- but got no desire to on these
have you tried nicotine to stave off hunger - poundshops usually sell the gum, i found this works quite well, especially when you are off the eph

surely enough time out for calorie manipulation- or just spend an additional 5-10mins on the power walks in the morning to satisfy your need for food?
albeit you dont really do fish oils like some do- could be worth throwing a bit more in for appetite satiety

i think it is time you supercharged the eph :-)
i have and i have got one of those driver awareness courses this morning- 3hrs of speeding

problem is the more workload the more hungry i get so would be cancelling it all out

far enough out but i want tO be ready REALLY early to let me fill up to epic proportions and get bone dry and skinless.

next week ill do the clen again then the following back onto eph and as suggested ill sueprcharge it with something to boost it like the yhombine and/or tyrosine. grapefruit is fcuking rotten and id rather go catabolic and die before eating that crap

PMSL

Max i have a job to keep mate and a very big boat to build. I cant be bouncing around full of amphet all the time crazy b!tch

Reading more and more people running DNP for fat loss. It makes me feel like im missing out on something but tbh i dont wanna go down that road unless its last resort. VERY last resort but i wouldnt rule it out

I aint far away condition wise so should be fine without it. Plenty of diet manip and cardio upping possible.

Im not far off condition either but want to look totally ripped even if I do look small.. Dont care. lol :)

Anyway im not talking massive doses. Get decent stuff split a gram 10 ways and take half in the am other pre workout.. works like eph but a little bit more effective trust me.

Time starting to get short. Up at 5am and trying to go to bed at 9.30pm to alow for chatting or shagging before lights out at 10pm for a solid 7 hours sleep

Not always possible so power naps after work on non training nights are gonna be used to keep me fresh

anyway..less time to be on ehre and cant be arsed fully updating training

Chest & Biceps

Flat DB

40k x8
55k x6
65k x5
45k x14

few sets of hammer Str Press quite heavy for 8-12 reps then machine flys for sets of 12-14

Biceps were heavy ez curls up to 60k x6 then db hammer curls elbows supported for sets of 12 ish. few concentration cable curls to finish of with some swelling up

***************

Training going good but startign to have to dig in a bit deeper and zone into the job at hand. tired some days so more sleep required

Use your weekennds for cat naps matye, but no more than 40 minutes as longer can have an adverse impact on the quality of night time sleep.

Glad the arms are staying strong, it seemed to be one of the area's you lost thickness in last time (from certain angles and yes I know photos can be odd things), strange at its not a weak body part for you at all in strength or size.

Do you start off you back movements by keeping the arms locked and pulling the shoulders back or down? It seems to help activate the lats IME.

People seem to think its your metabolism that gives you results, seems more like rock solid will power and dedication to me but each to their own.

How do you do dumbell hammer curls with the elbows supported, I'm lost! I know of regular ones and cross body ones, with the formor being my prefered ones. Can you explain this type to me pls.

Shoulders i pull more downwards and have been experimenting better with actually workign the muscle since injuring my lat thus makign me use lighter weight. A blessing that wee niggle infact! Its made me deadlift better too and im stronger than ever right now on it

Was actually thinking this morning that my arms are loking a lot better this time. My biceps dont "pop" properly when flat but right now im pretty damn lean almost there and cos im on so much more carbs they are popping and peaking so much better. Just need to maintain that look through. I have a bit of natural peak to them anyway but perhaps the extra work on isolating and workign them has helped too.

Elbows supported hammer curls...i do them either sitting on the lat pulldown facing the opposite way with the leg clamp set up high as hell. So you can imagine my triceps, just above the elbow, resting on the horizontal bar of the leg clamp thus when i do the hammer curls it stops the arms swinging back and bringing other muscles into it. Very much like an arm blaster in effect. It can be done on a flat bench press too. sitting on the bench and usign the barbell to support your triceps/elbows. a wee pad or 3" box roughly is needed though to get the height right

Felt fcuking awful yesterday . So hungry and sufferd bad. Came to the concludion it was primarily as i didnt have a hearty portion of red meat for dinner (8.30pm) like i normally do and had chicken. Secondary reason probably cos i didnt have the psylium husk with brekkie btu thats a minor reason. Lesson learned! Red meat is essential. I felt so hungary from the minute i got up yesterday at 5am till i had my chilli mince dinner later on and was close to cracking infact! Feel better today

Rab, I'm up in your region! Did a bike race in Ae Forest at the weekend (and cracked my frame, so not my finest hour) and am now in Edinburgh enjoying the festival and slowly converting my Scottish mates to cider. No-one has threatened to chib me yet though, I'm a bit disappointed
