Good call - I think that was always my problem with pull ups - Am doing somewhat lighter pull downs atm and can really feel the lats being used - So hopefully am doing it right - I have already noticed a difference in my lats compared to when I used to do what I thought were pull ups with weights attached.Craig wrote:Richard wrote:You know its what you want to do Rab, so go for it.

maybe pick up a packet of anti constipation tabs/laxatives today at the supermarket to flush me through good. i aint constipated but it wouldnt do any harm to get the huge volume of food i have eaten and must have lingering still moving a bit better.
