Not posting weights now, just like Galt - is this a pre contest thing or are you embarrassed by your pussyness?

I believe you have answered your own question there Si, but in reality I suspect that Team Weeman (TM) is now keeeping everything close to their bonny wee Scottish chests.

Simon. Me and you are gonna fall out if you go saying sh!t like that

Didnt bother posting weights cos it was machine work mostly and it doent mean anything really

Only real weight was single leg calf press on leg press machine with 4 plates a side. reps - god knows..just kept going and going till i was in agony..then just kept sqitching calfs with no rest

the back work was 20-30k per side on the hammer str row and did silly high reps qith a big squeeze. just to test the water and figure out how to stimulate the lats without flaring the injury

Team Weeman (tm) are keeping things close to the chest. We have secrets that cannot be spread to the general forum population

Keep cool in the office by slurping blue slush puppies, bawling out your minions and the use of an industrial fan...If said fan blows important papers everywhere, further humiliate your minions by making them crawl across the floor to pick them up :D

Chest & Biceps

Pec Deck

4 sets.
3rd set full stack for 10ish to failure + partials.
4th set 3/4 stack for 15+ reps till agony burn and pump

Hammer Str Machine set very low as it really hits upper chest good this way
20k x12
30k x12
40k x12
50k x10 +partials

Flat BB ROM was 2 inch short of chest and no lock out to avoid flaring injury and to keep tension on chest
60k x15
80k x12
100k x11....drop set...60k x12

EZ Curls
30k x12
40k x12
50k x9
60k x6 good ones +4 swingers

Various cable work
did some cable preacher, standing curls, high pully curls....all single arm for 10-15 reps untill fried

************************

Good workout again. Felignt eh chest sessions are productive and also safe like this with the pre exhaust. cant afford injury and need to keep doing this kinda thing for now and not let ego overtake

Cable bicep work for the win! :)

I like the chest and biceps blast mate.

Another good chest routine is a superset of:

Incline DB Press, flies, Flat db press x 4 sets ala Kevin Levrone

it was a good wee workout.

Bicep boys were probably watching and sniggering at my partial ROM on bench press but im past the point now of doing textbook form on exercises cos that how your supposed to apparently. i just go with what feels good and seems to be doing the job

Be careful not to truncate the ROM too much as the negative portion of the reps is the strength and muscle builder. If you start using Brach Warren ROM, you'll look shit!

Craig. You really are a sarcastic bastard

Competition update

Might be doing a show on the 1st Aug in Dundee aka Scumdee. Same one as Weeman

Just toying with the idea. i have came in o much the alst two weeks on quite a lot of food and if it continiues at the same rate...im gonna be 95% there in 4 weeks time with a bit of water manipulation etc etc. i have trunks..i have tan..ive already paid my UKBFF fees for the year.......

Gonna talk it over with Weeman and RS. if the think it wont derail my Brits prep...ill do it probably for extra experience. If im coming in at this rate...perhaps doing the show then getting a wee 2 wek rebound growth before gentldietinginto the Brits over the remaining 6 weeks

Dunno :D

They may be big, but they both look shit.

Body building shouldn't be just about size and Dorian has said that he thinks one of the reasons Branch's shape is poor is due to his restricted ROM.

You don't want extreme ROM either, but the best bodybuilders I've seen all have much longer ROMS, than Branch and Ronnie

Had a chat with Team Weeman (tm) last night. We decided i will not be going overboard in persuit of this dundee show incase it derails the Brits plan...but i will continue doing what ive been doing with my diet and just up the cardio slightly and add in something to burn fat.

We will asses 2 weeks out from the dundee show if i can do it with minumal impact and possibly even benefit for the bigger picture.

So 2 weeks further dieting gently and slightly increased cardio. See what happens. :)

If im ready for a show in 4 weeks with minimal pain..then fair enough...means i can do a wee rebound after it..play an ace card or two and grow a ilttle more into the Brits

Max is doing a show 1 or 2 weeks before the Brits in Birmingham i think?

Im gonna need to start drying up quicker. need to start an AI and cut back on the milk and gluten stuff.
