3rd set full stack for 10ish to failure + partials.
4th set 3/4 stack for 15+ reps till agony burn and pump
Hammer Str Machine set very low as it really hits upper chest good this way

Various cable workdid some cable preacher, standing curls, high pully curls....all single arm for 10-15 reps untill fried

Good workout again. Felignt eh chest sessions are productive and also safe like this with the pre exhaust. cant afford injury and need to keep doing this kinda thing for now and not let ego overtake
