Tough session. Benching was easy enough. Getting much better at controling the weight and getting much more speed off my chest from a paused position. I could go all night on bench
Happy with the hang cleans. Lots of room for improvement i technique and weight though.
I find pullups hard from a volume point of view. fade th quickest on this. Going to up the workrate and improve this
Dips were bloody hard at the end of this session. I had to drop a lot of weight for that reason. May need to look at placing them earlier in the workout or on a different day
