Question about BSD™ Regenerate

Postby Jumping on Thu Oct 02, 2008 9:40 am

Hi guys

Right I got all my BSD supps yesterday as the delivery man was nice enough to leave it for me :) got a question about the regenerate stuff. Is this ok to take during the workout? The reason why I'm asking is because as you all probably know by now I'm going to do a variant on the V-diet and there they recommend to take the Biotest surge product during workout about half the bottle and then the other half after training. So just wanted to hear if you think this is something I can/should do with the regenerate?

As I have more than enough regenerate I will start using it tomorrow and I'm hoping my last missing supp will turn up so I can start the fullblown diet on Monday which gives me time to enjoy my mother in law's feast on Sunday :P

Due to the nature of your diet I wouldn't take during your workout. Pre (30-40 mins) and Post (immediate) would work better and in the morning.
