Here's mine so far:
It seems to be a very powerful anti-oxidant (high oligomeric proanthocyanidins [OPCs]), anti-acid, and an anti-inflammatory specifically useful in joint, muscle and connective tissue issues. It also appears to be good at recycling ascorbyl and tocopheryl radicals, namely vit C & E. One study showed that produced a decrease in oxidized glutathione and a highly significant increase in glutathione levels.
Dosage? I'm thinking 50mg-100mg a day, spread 2-3 servings. Or is slightly more better? Up to maybe 400mg?
