Just a quick one, I am getting some protein and want to know what flavour you guys rate.

Have used the strawberry for a while and fancy a change.

I'm a strawberry fan as I find chocolate a bit much after a while.

Been mixing vanilla with either strawberry or chocolate which works out pretty good.

Fair enough. I guess most people would find my diet bland but there's loads you can do to make your food taste more interesting without compromising your nutrition - marinades, lemon juice, chilli, spices, herbs etc...

I know what you mean mate. I do however posses the sweetest tooth ever. So anything that tastes of chocolate thats not breaking my diet really helps ;)

That's a more tricky one to cure, admittedly :)

You can change your flavour preferences though - just avoid anything sweetened for a while. Your taste buds will thank you for it as you'll start to be able to taste more subtle flavours again. I had the same problem and I enjoy all my food so much more now :)

I find it a bit easier in the mornings to deal with flavoured vs unflavoured with added supplements in there. On it's own then unflavoured is fine.
