Thanks girls :)

Where am I cutting? :?

I know I don't need to mate, but to be honest I don't want to gain any more size without getting leaner. I'd much rather be 180lbs at <8% b/f than 190lbs at 12% - size to me really isn't the be all and end all, so it's more about what I want to do than what I need to. Also I'm pretty confident that I won't lose any mass along the way - I've got my diet and supplementation protocol pretty well sorted.

I was going to say something like - "if anyone thinks I shouldn't cut, please keep your thoughts to yourself or do one" ( ) as I could do with some encouragement along the way :)

I hope that's how you took my comment Ollie! I don't think you need to but it's not about what others think, it's about what you want to do. And with your plan for it (insane dude!) then you will be needing the encouragement! You will get it from me...I know how tough it is!

BUT..I really would like to say that you should be proud of how you look NOW as well. Excellent progress from the earlier pics. Will be interesting to see what the further cut does...

Thanks Pingu, appreciate that :) I know I've made some good progress but the moment that you're happy with how you look is the moment you start to go backwards. It's kind of necessary to be your own harshest critic I think!

I've always been my own harshest critic so yes I understand that one!! Just don't be TOO harsh on yourself mate, I've learned the hard way that's a sure way to disaster. Be proud of yourself too!!! You should be. You work hard at it, so make sure you give yourself some credit as well as being a critic ;)

I can understand where you're coming from as I'm of the same way of thinking and will be doing the same, allbeit, more with cardio and Rugby over out and out calorie reduction. Been eating too much Haribo and chocolate the past 8 weeks and added probably a couple of lbs of unwanted weight.

Couple of new pics, been a while since I took any and thought I'd put these up so I can track progress in terms of fat loss over the next 6-8 weeks. Weighing about 87kg dry at the moment.

Thanks everyone :)

I'm not particularly lean at the moment, so just going to try and lean up now before the end of the year. No drastic dieting though!

Not exactly looking fat either and not holding much water on your sides.

Look pretty balanced overall to me.

Looking good to me, not ripped to shredds, but nicely lean with no pockets of fat! Back pic looks less good for some reason. Arms do actually look like they're lagging slightly on the 2nd pic.

Very balanced overall to me, if anything needs work I'd say it was the forearms (which ironically will make your gunzzz grow too).

I'd smack it twice!

That's true Rilla...hoping the fat gripz will help with those. Also snapped a freyed strap a few days ago, so that's given me the kick up the ass to train without them.

Ollie ,

Arms look good in the first shot and less impressive in the second . I wouldnt be surprised if this is because you need to practice the pose

You need to lean back slightly to display the arms correctly . Looking at your back you dont appear to be doing this .
Think you may just be selling yourself short
