I have to agree the journals and pics def can give a good massive kick up the backside and set goals straight...cant argue with that

Swit swew!

Abs are out and the lower lats are tight into the waistline. Nice work

Ypu can see your more of a puller than a pusher. Your lats overpower your chest and delts even from the front :lol: Big ass back!

Thanks Rab...this is definitely my overriding problem but I think the balance is gradually being redressed...gradually :)

Anyone care to guesstimate BF%?

I was thinking around 11%, feeling leaner almost by the day right now though :)

Not really doing/done much in the way of cardio, but my diet's ultra-clean now. I don't cheat, or feel inclined to cheat, I haven't touched alcohol in over 6 weeks either...actually that's a lie, I had a sip of raspberry wine a couple of weeks back to see what it tasted like :lol: I'll stick some cardio in on off days and PWO if I fancy it though - but only on an ad-hoc basis.

As far as fat loss agents go - nothing at the moment, just caffeine pre-WO. I also drink a few cups of white tea a day.

That's it really...if I feel I need anything else I'll add it in :)

thats good to know....as tbh if you WAS to add anything itll strip it off even more.....like get the best results with little as possible and then ONLY add if required......you should show FBG this...alot to learn on your approach

Lard was my cheat mate, I got to this on a strict diet of butter and cream :)

Thanks for the comments though everyone! Provides even more motivation. Just goes to show how worthwhile it is eating 100% cleanly, as I've only dropped my cals away in the last week ;)
