Now, I'm no judge hun and know very little about bodybuilding...

Video was a bit dark so struggled to see some of it.

Firstly, you are doing fantastic!!!!!!! Seeing it on the video shows your improvement and just how good your definition is much better than the photos. I like it a lot!!! Brill!

Hmm. To me... perhaps look at strengthening your pecs a little bit, and some work on the traps (but not too much, don't end up with those stupid bloody things that look way out of place).

Loving the delts especially though...very nice.

i couldnt get the flash to work with the video function hence the darkness.
Chest has always been weak and i am really trying to bring it up. I have only just added trap work back in so hopefull they will be popping soon :D

You set yourself goals mate? Hows ur diet look? How much cardio you doing? How many cheats you having per week? I know you probably put all this in a journal but am lazy :D :D Looking good anyway,

I will put the diet up. I have it to attach but can't figure out how!
Goals are to try and get leaner but eat more clean food so i grow muscle and hopefully stay lean. Diet is strict in the week and have a cheat meal on both weekend days. If im out at the weekend and miss a meal i use a cnp flapjack as im not cutting and at this point they are doing me now harm as i have 1 a week max. Sometimes i will onlu have 1 a month.In the week i use options,(1 teaspoon) in some shakes mainly the 3pm one,low salt and sugar ketchup on my chicken just a little,peri peri on my rice and spices.
The 7pm meal is varied but clean. Meatloaf,lean beef caserole,stir fry,curry can all be made clean and healthy.I even have a few oven chips on Friday night if i have a steak. As long as i stay in the right carb amounts they are not causing me problems.

Week is
mon 30 mins cardio after work
tueaday weights and cardio
wedenesday 30 mins cardio after work
thursday weights and cardio
friday weights and cardio

sat and sunday are off but if i miss a cardio night i so it on the weekend.

it's not so bad mate. The contest diet will be much worse :D

As long as i can have options,ketchup and pop im ok. Take those out and i go potty :D

I can cook and have imagination so im never eating the same tea twice in a row
