You are so much leaner aand more muscular than a year ago. Shows what good diet and good work does, nce job galt :)

Finally accepting this fact and tightening up my diet. I think it was the knowing any slip up would have a negative effect that kept getting me down.

Looking good pal !

The advise I would give it -

Lats looking good - although they dont look symetrical ( have I said this before )
Chest looks good as it doesnt cave in on the front biceps

I would probably pay close attention to biceps . Your arms are similar to mine in that they dont peak . I find you need to have the mass there to look good next to someone with a naturally peaking bicep. Im not suggesting your arms are small- they are not - just that someone with naturally peaking biceps and yet smaller arms , can look more impressive .

Just my 2p - tell me to piss off if you like :D

Gympig yes you have spotted the wonky lat. My right one doesn't pop as much at the left. It only does after sports massage which makes me think it could be something trapped
