The author seems to like the Tipton and Copeland research which imo is some of the better research out there on protein synthesis, protein types and exercise. Good article and covers a lot.

DatBTrue is an extremely knowledgeable guy from all his stuff - a total guru on peptides and general hormonal response. its a long ass article but well worth a read

Yes definitely worth a read as it helps put different factors into one single picture. Some more specific practical advice in terms of how to maximise these factors (other than just implying the product will do it all automatcally) would be good, but it's a good article to research further from. Lots of nice references of studies to look at for the nerdy folk!
