I think Day 4 could be counter productive for Arms, especially Triceps as Shoulders are fairly involved in both CGBP and Overhead Extension and they will have been hammered from the amount of volume put through them already.

Yeah you may be right actually. Perhaps I'll just SS a single bicep movement with CGBP - I don't find CGBPs too hard on the shoulders, unlike standard BB benching

Why not just stick to isolations only on this day and use compounds on the others.

2 exercises for biceps

10*10 90s rest for one

Then fst

Same for 2 tricep exercises but then I jut like to add in one more exercise what I feel. My arms only grow from lots of volume.
Pb's: Bench:140*10 - DL 260*2 - Squat to // 232.5*3
