Well after doing a few months of conditioning I've dropped some decent amount of bodyfat but kept a decent amount of size. I'm going to hit my AGVT routine shortly - but I'm quite pleased with my progress. Couldn't get a decent shot of my legs but there is SOME separation, it's just not so clear on the pics

Thanks for the comments though I'm really chuffed to have dropped close to 2% BF over the past 3-4 months. Happy chappy indeed! At least I know what I need to do to trim up now. I'm going to try not to carry too much fat when AGVT'ing, problem is my appetite goes through the roof when I train like that!

I'm glad I've definitely dropped some bodyfat and kept the size - chuffed to bits.

I hid my face cos I look as though I was going to take a dump!

I trim it in the summer a bit with some clippers, but it's part of me, shaving it would cause no end of issues!
