Solid benching session. The single I worked up to was easy and only a PR as I've stuck to hitting at least triples. Also, my 3x3 PR is 80, 82.5, 85kg, so 3x3 at 82.5kg is around that level and I hope to hit 3x3 at 85kg next week.

Felt sluggish at the start of the session but turned it round into a great one. 160kg was balls to the wall, so I'll be dropping back next week before starting another build up.
