I was bulking yes from 78kg, got to a dry morning weight of 82kg just before the Brits, now I want to kind of maintain this weight, but at same time gradually increase body weight if you understand, so some days I eat excess kcals some days maintain...

Are you planning on doing this by taking a fatburner and a weightgainer? :D

lol no just lots of drugs! .. joke!!!

I mean...slowly gain weight, so for some weeks il maintain, some I will of gained. Understand?

So, what you're looking to do is what people normally call a lean bulk. Not gaining while maintaining. It's not a matter of Karlos (and me) not understanding, it's a matter of you contradicting yourself. :ugeek:

Not exactly, but I see where your coming from.

Some days I will eat a tonne, some not so much, always hitting maintenance though. Wouldn't really call it a ''lean'' bulk lol..more of a ''slow'' bulk.. as I feel very SLOW these days lol!

6.00 1 apple with porridge

9.00 crisps & mars bar

12.00 small sandwich with low fat spread on and some tuna

16.00 training

18.00 6 scoops of whey isolate

20.00 crisps glass of lemonade

Today's diet:

small steak

100g oats 50g whey 550ml ffat milk 20ml UDO's.
