Hey everyone,

My name is Luke and im just about to turn 17 (May 7th 09) I havent really got any goals etc just yet, I trained for abit when i was 15 and abit into 16 aswell, started properly when i just got a mo-ped which really was essential as it was really the only way to get to the GYM without needing to take 4 hour trips on a bus before i actually reached the GYM which would take a simple 10 minutes by car :)

So now im just about to turn 17, Im doing lessons straight away and hoping to start driving very soon so im going to join back up to the GYM and do it all properly, I do like forums and I post on quite a few other forums under different categories so will post around on here if i have anythink to ask/say ECT..

Hi Luke welcome to the forums, the guys here know their stuff and are a sarcastic bunch of buggers to boot.

You looking at long term goals? Lifting to improve a sport or are you more interested in BB itself?

@ Craig - i dunno mate lol, I've always put GYM in caps for some reason :roll:

@ Simon m - I know what you meen, need to boost the driving lessons up just for MK, people need it around here so many idiot drivers around hence the reason i was totally smashed of my ped :(

And as for goals im not looking to be amazingly massive, im just looking to bulk up more and build muscle, I have a fairly decent base to start with which is good, not bothered about abs just want to work on Arms, shoulders, chest, as for an example i dont really know hmmmmm, maybe - http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2008/12/ ... 06x423.jpg

So my goals are just to have quite big arms and chest :D i will work on legs aswell, dont want to be looking stupid with big upper body and womens legs LOL :D

If you're not sure if you're getting quality sleep or not, this is your standard: You should always wake up under a teepee. If you don't have a boner so solid you have to do a handstand to take a morning piss, your Testosterone levels are probably low.
