South Downs Strongman challenge

If any of yous interested, I saw this advertised locally:

Venue: Thakeham Village, West Sussex

Date: 13th June

Events:

Carry & Drag
Barrel carry & load plus dragging part filled builders sack 25m

Overhead Medley
5 mixed shapes to be pressed obverhead - max weight about 100Kg - time limt 75s

Tractor Pull
7.5 tonnes - pull 20m with harness - time limt 75s

Stone Lift
100kg atlas stone to be loaded as many times as possible in 60s

Super Yoke
260kg & 300kg over 20m course - time limit 90s

Medley event
Includes: 110+Kg farmers walk, flipping 350Kg tyre and loading atlas stone (again :o )

It's an IAWA(UK) event - so drug testing

Entry cost £30

a drug tested strongman event?! what kind of madness is this! LMAO.

fairplay i didnt no they did tested strongman, i'm sure thatl encourage a few more to try it out i reckon..

I might do this. I'd rather do the untested one in Coventry that only costs a tenner but this looks fun too.
