For me it's while I'm actually on the site. You click a link and it takes bloody ages to bring it up, or it doesn't and you get the General Error screen. Also when submitting a response it will take forever too...

it should be flying now in load time. or at least alot faster.

Im not having a single problem and the server is well under utilisation.

ill take a closer look after hours.

Does seem to be a lot better than earlier KP.

It certainly is loading faster based on the stats from yday and today.

Although overnite 'll do some maintance on the database which should cure any niggly slowness on the site.

Let me know how you find it tomorrow

Okay, I'll be my normal honest (and blunt) self here. The fact is you really need to sort out your server and host issues. This problem is not a one off, it is happening time and time again.

It does not give a professional appearance and hence does not help with the image of either BSD or ESN.

If your going to have a forum then get it running smoothly and efficiently. It really is what appear as small issues like this that can have a major effect in the long run.

As a ray of hope, I don't have speed issues.
I very occasionally get a mysql error with the page not loading, but a refresh immediately solves this.

I've not been able to access the site over the last 10 mins although been able to access any other site I choose. Anyone else had this issue?

As the slowness seems so inconsistent depending on the user can you make a note of the following please when you experience this slowness

At the bottom of the forum index [after the copy right info] you will see

Time : 0.087s | 6 Queries | GZIP : Off [for exampe]

Next time you do something [ie load a page/click on something] can you keep a note on the TIME it took? And also WHAT it is you clicked on. If the time exceeds 3-5 seconds than that it far too long and it may get us closer to where / what the issue is as currently neither the host or the server are even remotely taxed. In fact just COPY?PASTE the entire last line in here or in PM to me with a sentence outlining what it is you clicked on.
