Most of what he's wrote is absolute bollox, nicely written though.
Counter points
1. No need for a newb to eat every 2-3 hours
2. No need to "spread" the protein in small servings
3. I wouldn't recmend ratios with out seeing what someones like
4. That advice would make a skinny guy stay skinny
