Get Well Soon...
W Models' James Greenwood (seen above on this month's Mens Fitness cover) was hit by a car travelling at speed in Los Angeles in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Although his injuries are serious, there is no doubt that had it not been for his immense strength and dedication to his fitness he would have sustained more injuries.

My best lifts were before I was in hospital and stood at:

Deadlift 225kg
Squat 180kg (parallel only)
Bench 127.5kg

These were at a bodyweight of around 82kg

Although I have worked on them since I have come out I have required more volume for hypertrophy purposes so haven't done any single rep work.

Since coming out I have worked up to doubles of bodyweight +50kg dips and bodyweight +40kg narrow parallel grip pull ups.
Squats I have done ATG singles at 140kg which obviously isn't a lot until you keep in mind that 8 weeks ago I couldn't do a bodyweight stability ball squat past parallel as my legs were so weak- no joking either! When people say leave your ego at the door I can testify that had to happen then!

If you want a photo you will have to let me know how I can stick it in here, it is a file and not uploaded online. You can tell I am not the forum type, this is the only one I post on.

I will have to check my rights on the last photo shoot before I upload it, I don't have many recent photos for obvious reason.
