I Love Porridge

Postby Dtlv74 on Fri Jan 25, 2008 9:03 pm

Hi everyone!

A brief bio; am a young man of thirty three years of age. Have been training on and off over the last seven years, and enjoy maintaining a (relatively) healthy lifestyle and am happiest when active and exercising. Have had an interesting last few years, losing nearly three years to severe depression and post traumatic stress... (didn't enjoy that very much), and also experienced a brief period of thyroid illness which robbed me of a few years worth of gains. Fortunately all is well now and life is wonderful - particularly when I get to eat and talk about porridge.

Am not as experienced as some of the other members here but hope to contribute positively as much as I can. Am looking forward to posting here and maintaining the frienships I've begun to develop with the other members.

Never look back with regrets and think "what if" for that way madness lies. There are those that will envy you and try and undermine you. They are not worth your time.

Good evening podge
Thoughts determine what you want... Actions determine what you get!

Why are Chavs like slinkies? They have no real use but it's great to watch one fall down a flight of stairs.
