Go for it.. just watch your speed.. its was flinging 180k around dynamically that made my hamstring go *ping* :)

I don't fling around anything all my reps are under full control. If i can't lift it properly i don't lift it. I will go for 180kg for sure

I'm knicking your routine when I go back to HIT in April, although I'll need to add in more warm ups and some drop sets.

I don't list my warm ups but my body originally is of slim build so i make sure im warmed up with cv and the shoulder warm ups Dorian did with Mark before i workout. I also do 3 warm up sets of the first exercise. Deads and squats get 2-3 warm up sets as i feel they really kick your ass so you better be warm before your ready to rumble.
I find drops really kill me. If done to much i just stagnate to quickly

What's your foot placing like with the leg press, I find if I keep feet just outside of shoulder width it helps, push through the heels.

Chasing the pump's probably a good idea, you've shifting some serious weight and using high intensity, so backing down a notch won't hurt.

BACK AND REAR DELTS

REVERSE GRIP PULLDOWN 150LB X9 DS 100LB X 3 (found it hard getting ful contraction due to bis being so sore)

bent over row 110kg x9+3 little sway in these but no jay cutler

machine row 210lb x 8 +3 1arm row 110lx 4

bent lateral 12.5kgx 13

deads 180kg x4 this was a very nice feeling indeed as not done 180kg for about 2 years :D

When i get back to HIT i will be reducing the weight a lot and really focusing on the contraction

Great Deads mate. With the pulldowns, if your biceps are aching just go for a static hold drop set. You may need to cheat a little to get the weigh into position but once it's there concentrate on the static, then very slow release on the negative - I do this a lot and it really does finish off nicely.

The soreness i coming on a bit. It was a really good session where every exercise just felt right. My knee were wrapped on the squats but not on the leg press. It took me about 1 hour to get it done as i had to wait for a few things which was a pain since it was Friday at 2 in the afternoon

Haha, sweet Scott.

I'm trying to get Simon into the Leg Pain Zone this Monday but he's a tenacious sod.
