Good point det. ill hyave a think about that one. will probably add another in on Mondays shift.

Thanks Scott. good thinking but i realy need to work on my basic pulling strength for the strongman and my deadlift is shit. Oh and im doign powercleans into atg front squats on wednesdays aswell

Hows about

Sat1 Box squats, heavy deadlifts
Sat2 back squats light deadlifts

or multiple deadlift variations instead of light and heavy..sumo and wide grip perhaps?

If you want pure pulling strength then clean pulls FTW

Yeah looks ok.

Do they make you do Sumo style deadlifts? If not I wouldn't bother with them. Go for clean & snatch grip.

Then say every 4-5 weeks do Sumo style; just to ensure you are ok with it in case you need to use it and see how you have gained strength.
