Postby Canuck on Wed Mar 05, 2008 9:44 pm

For those of ya who have one,

how much did you have to curl to get the awesome Biceps Peak?

I understand genetics is a large part, i also understand that conditioning is a large part, but what I want to know is what is the " range, I have heard normally its 18", is that right?

Focus on dumbell curls supinating your wrists at the top and also scott curls are good for exagerating your peak.

Preachers help and hammer curls give a nice full effect to the arm.

Holding and squeezing on full contraction can help.
