I can do quite a few reps on level 3 which surprises me - i really didn't find it that hard tbh. Legs fly off the floor on level 4 though.

Just tried it - About 1/2 hour after my gym session which ended with 30 crunches with a 10Kg weight so not the best time to try.

I did manage level 3 on both upper and lower - Not many reps though Abs wer way to tired - very tough though - Level 4 was beyond me and would be whether I'd been to the gym or not. I may incorprate the level 3 exercises into my workouts instead of crunches

5 reps @ level 3, fail on level 4. Too knackered to try the reverse crunch progression tonight - maybe tomorrow.

Never tried straight leg crunches before, I really like them - will definitely start doing them regularly.

So you do 12 reps of level 1, then 12 reps of level 2 etc until failure? or 1 reps of each, or start at the level you can do?

I'm being slow today...

Tbh it's not a training programme..it's more a test of abdominal strength relative to torso mass. You could train using the exercises though i suppose. I might throw a few of them in.

Yes, but how do you do the test?

do you perform one single movement of a level then if you do that strictly, try the next level, or is there a certain amount of reps you need to be able to perform to move up the levels?

6 reps at lvl 4, then feet came off ground :(
If you're not sure if you're getting quality sleep or not, this is your standard: You should always wake up under a teepee. If you don't have a boner so solid you have to do a handstand to take a morning piss, your Testosterone levels are probably low.

I'd rather be tied naked to the back of big Si's car and towed naked at 80mph across a field of glass.
