BF,not that low i'd guess,maybe 12%,the front shot certainly aint up to the same standard,mainly down to the lack of chest/anterior delt work(rotator injury).

Thanks for the encouraging comments guys,much appreciated,however,i think i'm gonna have to up the cals a little if i want to make the extra gains i desire,they are coming,as my back testifies,but damn it's a slow process!

My problem is losing condition,which i can do very easily,i get to a point and my head goes! then the carbs get cut again!

I know the answer is biting the bullet and going with it,i've just got to convince myself!
