exercise technique

How about a section for this.

As it stands people will have to choose between PB and BB which could lead to a spread of threads between 2 sections.

One section makes sense to me. Anyone else?

Yes I know what you are saying - a section for exercise technique for all styles of training. A good idea :)

dunno mate. Aren't you the creative one?

It'd just be nice to have one section for good technique as it is valid for any training style.

That last one should read

Curt : Mode of execution!

Answer as fooking slow & painful as possible.
