life is going to be so much easier with the bike. Just got to put it together! which i will be doing after tea. I plan on having 3 months of eating clean but with more carbs just to see how i fair on them and to get some strength going again as i had been dieting for about 6 months

sounds like a plan! yes it is indeed a god-send being able to sit in front of the box watching 'breakfast' at 5am whilst doing cardio :mrgreen:

.....takes all of 2minutes to put together too. So you going the mod carb/low fat/high protein route yeah? I need to bring my total fats down to 20g on the 2nd of this month

DID the first 30 mins on the bike last night. Im really happy with it. Silent and quite comfortable to use
