Good on him .

Utter disgrace which goes through to all types of kit

My friends son was sent to iraq in green fatigues as they had run out of desert fatigues . May as well paint a bullseye on his back .

Its manslaughter

That's poor. Have they got no Union? They're great at twatting companies over head on procedure issues, which simple things like getting boots and uniform are - procedure. I'd strike. Fuck it.

You can't strike.

The kit's so shit that most buy their own boots and swap stuff for M16s etc.

Also, the Police in the UK have better body armour as well! And they get paid much more and have better pensions.

That's the danger of one voice... Execuion en mass? I don't think so and who would be the future serviceman at the risk of execution... People sign up for various reasons, but undr the impression that they're gonna get the tools for the job - no tools, no job - you wouldn' ask a plumber to work without a wrench...

Strike! Who's gonna enforce the law? they don't pay the police enough to arrest drug dealers - nevermind armed professionals...

Country's a joke....
